Who We Are

Invisible Giants Legacy & Leadership Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization comprised of business, education, health, and sports professionals who provide community quality of life programming in education, recreation, and sports to enhance the youth and adults of Flint, Michigan. We work with a quiet but powerful presence, ensuring that individuals and families have the support they need to rise, lead, and thrive.

 

Mission

Our mission is to educate and provide the youth and adults in the Flint, Michigan community with quality of life programming in the areas of arts, culture, education, and sports. We call this approach ACES in SPACES, which represents our commitment to creating environments where growth, opportunity, and creativity flourish.

 

Vision

Our vision is to create and provide services through a community directory that connects youth and adults in Flint, Michigan with exceptional programs throughout the year. We are building a unified pathway of resources that strengthens families, enhances neighborhoods, and promotes lifelong learning and leadership.
 

Goals

Invisible Giants is committed to creating sustainable, high-impact opportunities for community growth. Our goals include:

• Providing community resources to youth and adults each year
• Creating and implementing ACES in SPACES initiatives in Flint, Michigan
• Creating and providing college readiness programs that prepare students for academic and career success

Why We Exist

Flint is rich in resilience, talent, and potential, yet many residents still face barriers that limit access to opportunity. Invisible Giants exists to bridge these gaps. We support individuals in discovering their strengths, developing their skills, and becoming leaders in their families, schools, and communities.

Every program, workshop, and mentorship experience is designed to generate meaningful and measurable change. Whether it is helping a young person discover their creative talent, preparing a student for college, promoting physical well-being through sports, or supporting adults in their personal development, we are committed to creating outcomes that matter.
